Description
As a DevOps Consultant on the development team, you will partner with customers and their integrators to modernize infrastructure and accelerate cloud adoption. You’ll design and implement secure, scalable, and automated solutions in Microsoft Azure—migrating from on-premises environments and guiding them through integration strategies that optimize workload performance, scalability, and operational efficiency in the cloud. Your work will leverage Azure technologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with BICEP, Azure DevOps Server (ADO), Azure Monitor, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), containers, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure DNS, Azure Firewall, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Experience with related on-premises technologies and Azure hybrid design is desired. Cyber skills are preferred to ensure solutions meet compliance controls and have associated detailed documentation that is aligned with compliance frameworks. Candidates should be well versed in proactively moving forward solutions through organizational processes and working across customer and internal teams.   This opportunity will allow you to:  * Accelerate your career growth by leading complex cloud transformation initiatives.  * Hone your skills in cloud-native technologies and secure automation practices.  * Develop deep business acumen by aligning DevOps strategies with customer goals and compliance frameworks.    The Microsoft Federal organization was established to address the unique mission, legal/regulatory requirements, and procurement rules and processes of the United States Government (USG).
