Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Devops Developer. This role is based out of our offices in Stellarton, NS.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application development and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Automate and optimize deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance DevOps processes and tools for performance and reliability.
  • Ensure systems meet high standards for security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Support containerized workloads using Azure RedHat OpenShift, Container apps and Kubernetes on cloud platforms.
  • Champion DevOps culture across the organization and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Platform Administration on DevOps related tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile Place and more.
