ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Support project lifecycles in team member capacity Support/manage full SDLC lifecycle of applications/platform
• Design and manage high availability and disaster recovery Sustain and enhance stability and security of the infrastructure
• Provide production support for enterprise email security platform with over 100k user base Unix Networking
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and toolsets (git, Jenkins, ALM)
• Familiarity with Agile principles and DevOps practices
• Intermediate or above knowledge in Automation (Ansible), GNU Linux operating system and GNU tools
• Infrastructure protocols such as DNS, LDAP, NTP, SNMP, SMTP
• SMTP email related protocols and standards SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Programmer mindset, and at a minimum, have intermediate level skill on Python, shell scripting
• Familiarity with email security techniques (anti malware, anti-spam)
