Description
B2Tech is seeking a DevOps Engineer with Linux administration expertise to join our growing DevOps team. You will manage infrastructure, optimize system performance, and implement DevOps best practices. YOUR IMPACT: Manage, configure, and maintain Linux servers in production and development environments. Automate system administration tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and operational processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and optimal performance. Collaborate with development teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud and on-premise environments. Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Enhance system security by applying best practices for hardening, access control, and vulnerability management. Maintain and improve infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. OUR REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of experience in Linux system administration and DevOps. Strong proficiency with Linux distributions like Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat. Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios). Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), managing self-hosted Kubernetes clusters (Helm Charts, ArgoCD), and supporting on-premise infrastructure. Proficiency with CDN solutions (Cloudflare), including performance optimization, security, and integration within hybrid environments. Solid networking knowledge (IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing). Understanding of security best practices, compliance, and system hardening. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
