JOB SUMMARY

The DevOps Engineer will streamline and automate our software delivery processes. Will work closely with development and operations teams to build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure through code, and ensure smooth deployments in cloud and containerized environments.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Experience with load balancing concepts and tools such as HAProxy, Nginx, or Traefik.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build, test, and release processes.
• Manage containerized applications with Kubernetes or Docker.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain load balancers (HAProxy, Nginx, Traefik) for high availability.
• Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Ensure deployment security and compliance with best practices.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
