We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help design, build, automate, and support scalable, secure, and cloud-based infrastructure across multiple engineering teams. You will play a key role in standardizing our cloud platforms, improving deployment reliability, and enabling fast, safe, and repeatable delivery practices while collaborating across distributed teams. Key Skills Azure cloud, production-grade experience — architecture, networking, IAM, observability, and cost optimization. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules and state management. Hands-on Kubernetes experience operating clusters and associated tooling in production settings. Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, FluxCD). Strong understanding of cloud security principles, policy-driven design, and secrets / identity management. Ability to work with remote, distributed teams, documenting decisions and communicating asynchronously. Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset, open to continual learning and knowledge-sharing. Minimum 4 years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles. Key Responsibilities Build, improve, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and modern IaC patterns. Contribute to cloud platform standardization efforts to improve scalability, reliability, and operational clarity. Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, enabling fast and secure deployments. Support the adoption and operation of container-based platforms leveraging Kubernetes. Drive automation efforts to reduce operational toil, improve recovery time, and enhance system reliability. Participate in a shared on-call rotation, contributing to incident response and post-incident improvements.
