As a DevOps Engineer based in our Ho Chi Minh City office, you will play a critical role in bridging development and operations, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and optimized delivery pipelines. This role is more than just engineering—it’s about driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability across our global software delivery ecosystem. Your work will directly influence how we deploy solutions to clients worldwide, ensuring speed, quality, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Configuration Management: Implement robust configuration management plans, ensuring consistency and traceability across software and hardware configurations. Version Control & Release: Oversee version control systems (Git), branching, merging, and tagging to manage releases effectively. Build & Deployment: Coordinate and automate build and release processes, supporting CI/CD initiatives. DevOps Automation: Design and implement automated pipelines for build, test, and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and TeamCity. Infrastructure as Code: Manage infrastructure provisioning with tools such as Terraform or Ansible, ensuring repeatable and controlled environments. Environment Management: Administer development, testing, staging, and production environments, ensuring alignment with configuration standards What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in configuration management and 4 years in DevOps practices. Strong scripting skills (XML, Python, Go) and background in .NET/C# programming. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI) and configuration management tools (TeamCity). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure issues. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred: Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology. Understanding of security and compliance standards in DevOps. Strong teamwork, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
