The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines while managing cloud-native infrastructure using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). The ideal candidate brings over 7 years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong debugging skills, scripting, and infrastructure automation expertise.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tools: GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy (UCD).
  • Experience with GitHub Actions for workflow automation.
  • Proficient with containerization using Docker and orchestration using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Experience in writing YAML configurations for pipelines and deployments.
  • Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, UCD, and SonarQube.
  • Manage and troubleshoot DevOps pipelines to ensure reliable and high-performing automation flows.
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code using YAML for pipeline configurations and deployment scripts.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy into Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve pipeline issues with a proactive and performance-optimized approach.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to integrate DevOps practices across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Implement automated quality checks and static code analysis using SonarQube.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for build and deployment strategies.
