This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Linux, AWS, networking and production operations. You’ll work closely with engineering and technical support teams to maintain and troubleshoot business-critical cloud infrastructure, investigate incidents and improve the reliability of production environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating and supporting AWS-based production environments
• Troubleshooting Linux, networking and cloud infrastructure issues
• Investigating incidents and performing root-cause analysis
• Monitoring production systems and responding to service issues
• Automating repetitive operational tasks using Bash/Python
• Working with Docker, Git and cloud tooling
• Supporting release validation and deployment activities
• Improving operational processes, documentation and runbooks
• Working closely with Engineering and Technical Support teams

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, SRE, Infrastructure or Production Support, with strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Linux
• AWS
• Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, routing, firewalls, load balancing
• Bash and/or Python
• Docker
• Git

Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or other Infrastructure-as-Code tooling would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

You don’t need previous media, streaming or content-security industry experience. The company is open to engineers from a broad range of technical backgrounds who have strong production infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.

Location: Munich, Germany

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (Wednesday & Thursday)

Salary: €65,000–€75,000
