Job Description As a DevOps CI/CD Engineer, reporting into the Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Entain delivers the service performance, reliability, and availability expected by our internal customers. You will support cross-team engineering discussions to develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective CI/CD services. Join us in delivering high-quality, reliable services that exceed developer expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our engineering teams. What You'll Be Doing Develop and review the CI/CD processes of cloud-based web applications Develop automation and orchestration scripts to streamline the deployment, scaling and management of cloud applications and services Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability and security of cloud-based systems Ensure compliance with solution requirements, security standards, and best practices for cloud environments Work closely with the developers and operations team to identify and resolve issues and ensure smooth deployment and operation of cloud applications Qualifications What We Need From You Relevant studies (e.g. computer science, information technology); Experience of 5+ years in similar field or position; Experience in working in containerized environments; Experience in infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform and scripting: Bash, Python; Good understanding of container and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Helm; Experience with monitoring, alerting and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK; Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions; Experience with managed cloud platforms - AWS; Understanding of web-based applications, their principles of operations and development trends; Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision; Ability to work in a team; Fluent English.
