• Maintain and optimize AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring SLAs are met and systems are monitored, patched, and secured.
• Manage code deployments, automate infrastructure using Terraform, and support containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, contribute to root cause analysis, support audits, and ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL processes.Handle access management, enforce cloud security protocols, create technical documentation, and support internal/external audits and DR drills.
