REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in DevOps engineering, with expertise in mobile and web platforms and a deep understanding of DevOps processes, tools, and technical quality control.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer (or similar role), with a strong focus on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Expertise in implementing and deploying Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) via the Azure Portal is essential.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, along with experience using configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong expertise in containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools like Terraform, and deep experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Mandatory certifications in cloud platforms, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Extensive experience in setting up Git development workflows in Azure DevOps/GitHub, along with the integration of DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube, Metadefender, Trivy, Netsparker, and Blackduck Hub.
• Expertise in managing GitHub as a code repository and integrating it with Azure DevOps.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Head of DevOps and Configuration Manager to define and implement DevOps processes, tools, practices, and KPIs.
• Design, develop, and deploy infrastructure automation solutions with a strong focus on Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, optimizing software development and release processes.
• Automate and orchestrate workloads across multiple public cloud providers, ensuring streamlined operations.
• Track KPIs to measure DevOps success and identify areas for improvement at the project level.
• Provide expert-level understanding of the intersection between development and operations (DevOps), including the use of monitoring and management tools and deployment processes.
• Possess a high-level understanding of web application programming, content management systems (CMS), APIs, and databases, offering expert support for these areas.
