What We Will Trust You With You will manage, maintain and operate our infrastructure to enable and to support automated testing of services and devices. You will develop software & service for our test automation framework that automates manual workflows by using e.g. Mobile Devices/Smartphones, IP Phones. Automate and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Work on APIs to allow partner systems to interact with the automation platform. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions. You will participate in a DevOps team to work and improve our test automation for services and terminals. Ensure security best practices are followed in all DevOps processes. Be technical responsible to comply to the PSA (Privacy and Security Assessment) process Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability. This will be an international setup and team with the target to support quality assurance projects across the EU. You will be working in an agile approach (Kanban/Scrum) and following the ideas of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes. Help us to improve existing software to make it more efficient About You We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong teamwork and communication skills. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Flux, etc.). Strong proficiency in development languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.). Experience or knowledge about microservice design patterns, Apache Kafka Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Familiar with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Understanding of GitOps principles and tools (FluxCD etc.). Knowledge of microservices and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Opensearch, Datadog, etc.). Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferable, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
