We have opportunities for Mid-Senior Engineers who will work shoulder to shoulder with Tier 1 investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, UBS, Citigroup, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse to name a few.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong background in Unix systems and Bash scripting .
• Experience with Java for orchestration and automation.
• Strong experience of database technologies.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Victoria Metrics for enterprise-level monitoring.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or HPC grid (or similar).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team focused on optimizing our cutting-edge pricing platform for derivatives. This platform handles orchestration for our on-premises, in-house distributed compute environment and is primarily built in Python. This is a unique opportunity to support capital markets infrastructure, driving improvements in efficiency, scalability, and monitoring capabilities for critical pricing applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Distributed Compute Orchestration : Manage and optimize an in-house distributed compute environment, working with Python-based orchestration.
• Scripting & Automation : Use your expertise in Unix and Bash scripting to develop and automate infrastructure processes.
• Observability & Monitoring : Implement, manage, and optimize observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Victoria Metrics) to monitor platform performance and ensure enterprise-level infrastructure oversight.
• Platform Optimization : Leverage insights from observability tools to identify inefficiencies and optimize compute performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.
