Tasks

Design the cloud instead of just managing it : You plan, migrate and operate modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments – from identity with Entra ID/AAD to Teams and SharePoint integration, as well as Zero Trust policies and the Security/Compliance Center.
Mastering migrations : Whether it's Exchange 2010/2016 to Exchange Online, hybrid scenarios, or coexistence and cutover – you develop the appropriate migration paths and support the implementation.
Drive device management forward : With Intune, Autopilot and BYOD policies, you ensure modern, standardized and automated client environments – supported by smart PowerShell scripts.
Living Security by Design : From MFA rollouts to baseline hardening and compliance controls (SBIT.CCM) – you ensure that security and continuous improvement go hand in hand.
Advise & delve deep : In assessments, architecture workshops and PoCs you work closely with sales and key accounts – and when things get critical, you take over root cause analysis, post-mortems and fixes as 3rd-level support.

qualification

Completed IT training or studies and at least three years of relevant professional experience in Cloud Engineering (Azure/M365).
Extensive experience in Identity, Security & Compliance, Exchange migrations, Intune/Autopilot; PowerShell as a tool for automation.
German language skills at C1 level (e.g. for workshops & customer dialogues) and good English language skills.
Nice to have: Experience with Azure Landing Zones, IaC/Automation mindset and EDR/XDR/SIEM know-how
