Impact and Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS (3+ years of experience required) and GCP (preferred). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure updates. Demonstrate hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate scripting, infrastructure automation, CI/CD configuration, and operational troubleshooting. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, with Terraform experience being a must. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Ansible experience being a must. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and network issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Ensure the compliance of our infrastructure with security best practices and standards. Leverage advanced networking and proxy configuration expertise to design robust and secure systems. Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a proven track record in building and maintaining production systems. Strong experience with AWS (3+ years), including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/ECR, EKS, Lambda, and VPC configurations. Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to enhance scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure design workflows. Experience with GCP - preferred Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform (a must). 2+ years of Python coding experience, with the ability to write scripts for automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management. Strong expertise in networking concepts, including proxies, DNS, load balancing, and VPNs. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI or equivalent. Strong understanding of Linux systems administration, including troubleshooting, optimization, and security. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
