About the role We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be part of our back office team which is the backbone of our development and deployment processes, ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, implementing automation, monitoring, and best practices to keep our workflows seamless and efficient. Become part of our global Automation & Digitalization Development team. Your responsibilities CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and reduce time-to-market Automation & Scripting: Automate repetitive tasks using shell scripts, Python, or other scripting languages to enhance efficiency. Managing & Monitoring: Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure to ensure system reliability Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, incorporating best practices for data security and risk mitigation Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand and fulfill infrastructure requirement. What You’ll Need: Technical Skills: Proficiency with windows, Windows Installer XML (WiX) and Azure DevOps Services Tools & Automation: Experience with PowerShell/bash scripting, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Git, and configuration management tools Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and a mindset for continuous improvement Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively across teams Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps or related engineering role Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies As an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
