WE ARE WORKING ON EXCITING PROJECTS SUCH AS AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER FEATURE FILM, NETFLIX’S STRANGER THINGS ANIMATED SERIES, AS WELL AS OUR PRODUCTION TALES FROM OUTER SUBURBIA BY SHAUN TAN.

DevOps Engineers are essential within the software development process, they’re responsible for connecting the development and operations teams to accelerate release cycles and provide a smooth operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tools to enhance collaboration and streamline backend/developer workflows.
  • Help automate infrastructure provisioning and management using DevOps best practices.
  • Work closely with IT / Systems Engineering and Pipeline teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
  • Keep constant communication between IT, Systems Engineering and Pipeline team to facilitate solutions
  • Identify and address backend bottlenecks that impact productivity and efficiency of IT / Systems Engineering and Pipeline teams.
  • Develop and maintain tools and practices to help troubleshoot, diagnose and visualise application, system and network problems.
  • Develop and maintain tools and practices to help automate repetitive tasks.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines within the studio.
  • Optimise and automate continuous integration and deployment workflows.
  • Implement automation solutions to support continuous delivery.
  • Set up and maintain proactive monitoring logging and alerting systems, ensuring high uptime and troubleshooting production issues as they arise.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks through stress testing and best practices.
  • Participate in incident response and provide support as required to ensure system availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for deployment, monitoring, and automation processes.
