About this opportunity We are looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and collaborative workflows. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with the ability to work effectively across teams. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software. Key Responsibilities CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust, reusable CI/CD pipelines to support agile software delivery. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar. Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in build, test, and deployment workflows. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team culture by promoting practices like pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure system reliability and performance by setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting. Respond to incidents and resolve issues proactively. Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning and dependency tracking. Team Enablement: Support developers and QA teams by streamlining workflows and improving development tools. You’ll bringTools & Technologies: Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience working with containers and Linux environment Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar. Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving system bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of test automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to agile software development practices.
