Description
Who are we? HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software, designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits. Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025. We have raised a total of €30 millions, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe. In just three years, HarfangLab’s workforce has nearly tripled, with the majority of its team members coming from technical backgrounds and dedicating themselves to R&D and continuous product enhancement. Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of several hundred clients of all shapes and sizes, from CAC 40 corporations and government agencies to SMEs, hospitals, and local councils. Driven by a strong sense of teamwork and global ambitions, HarfangLab continues to grow while staying true to its mission: to protect organisations from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while ensuring that customers maintain full control over their data. What Will You Do With Us? We’re a cross-functional team handling both build and run tasks, so your missions will be varied and impactful. Here’s what you can expect to work on: Build and Improve the Product: Add new features and enhancements to make it even better. Optimize CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with developers to ensure the pipeline is as efficient as possible, using GitLab-CI, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, KubeVirt, and a suite of complementary tools. Automate Client On-Premise Installations: Help with initial deployments and develop automation to make subsequent setups seamless. We use Ansible, k3s, Helm, and some custom Python code. Monitor and Maintain Internal Cloud and Infrastructure: Ensure smooth operation, fix issues, and automate repairs across our internal cloud stacks. R&D for New Tools and Frameworks: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and experimenting with new technologies that could benefit our team. Be On-Call When Necessary. What Are We Looking For? Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerd/Docker. Proficiency with Linux systems and Git. Familiarity with a CI/CD toolchain. Solid bash scripting skills. Coding skills (preferably in Python or Go). Bonus Skills: Experience with Ansible or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Terraform). Knowledge of Virtual Machines. Expertise in Monitoring/Observability (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch). Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (e.g., OVHCloud, AWS, GCE). Security knowledge (network, system, or container security). Soft Skills: Ability to clearly communicate your progress and ideas. A team player who thrives both in-person and remotely. Curiosity and a knack for keeping up with the latest tech trends. Strong sense of confidentiality. Thoughtful problem-solving: better to spend a day researching a solution than rush into a quick fix you might have to undo. What Can You Expect From Your Manager and Team? You’ll join a 6-person team where everyone contributes across the board. As with all teams at HarfangLab, we enjoy significant autonomy and make decisions collectively whenever possible. Have an idea for a new feature, tool, or process improvement? See something that needs urgent attention? Speak up and take the lead!
