REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good presentation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills in English across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities, high attention to detail
  • Experience with Observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or similar
  • Coding and scripting experience (Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Linux and networking concepts
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication skills including documentation
  • Understanding of source control management (git)
  • Understanding of cryptography principals

Additional experience a plus:

  • Familiarity with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CodeFresh, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, etc)
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
  • Languages other than English are a bonus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Required

  • 2 or more years of related work experience
  • 2 or more years of hands-on operational, DevOps or production services experience
