What are you going to do?

• Responsible for the architecture, substantiation, design, further development, and maintenance of the entire lifecycle of the components of an essential system for municipalities, and the various clusters on which they are used.
• Monitoring the technical objectives of the program.
• Ensuring the right preconditions for the program to function optimally.
• Continuously improve and convey this drive internally.
• Identifying opportunities and translating them into concrete technical solutions with a proactive attitude and strong analytical skills.
• Actively sharing knowledge and experience within the team and contributing to the joint development of the system.
• Translating the system vision into concrete technical implementations that are easily applicable in practice.
• Contribute to the accreditation of suppliers according to the standards of the system.

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level, to be demonstrated through a completed HBO education or relevant positions.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE.
• Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes in one or more projects.
• Demonstrable experience with GitOps principles, using Flux or ArgoCD.
• Demonstrable experience with PostgreSQL in one or more projects.
• Demonstrable experience with monitoring and logging with LGTM in one or more projects.
• Acting in an agile, flexible, and solution-oriented manner as an engineer.
• Proficient in spoken and written Dutch.
