Job Description This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars, London office. As a DevOps Engineer supporting AI workloads, you will design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure for model serving, vector databases, high-performance compute, and data pipelines. You will drive Infrastructure-as-Code adoption, ensure secure and scalable deployment paths, and maintain reliable environments across AWS and Azure. You will partner with AI engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders to enable production-ready AI services that scale efficiently and meet enterprise requirements. Key Responsibilities: Build and operate cloud environments for AI platforms, including GPU compute, vector stores, RAG pipelines, and real-time inference services. Implement IaC and deployment automation using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and modern CI/CD workflows. Manage core infrastructure layers: networking, identity, storage, DNS, certificates, and security controls. Implement observability for AI workloads—latency, throughput, token usage, cost, GPU utilization, and service health. Automate provisioning, scaling, secret management, runtime configuration, and environment lifecycle. Partner with engineering teams to onboard new models, data sources, and services into production.
