As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure that supports high-availability digital platforms serving global audiences. Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery processes. Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Support and maintain critical infrastructure components, including PostgreSQL databases and Kafka environments. Automate operational tasks, workflows, and infrastructure processes using scripting languages such as Python and Bash. Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across cloud, containerized, and distributed environments. Collaborate closely with development teams to improve deployment strategies, platform reliability, and operational efficiency. Contribute to infrastructure security, scalability, and best practices across all environments. Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support when required. Requirements 3–6 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Advanced understanding of Docker and containerization technologies. Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation workflows. Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash for automation and operational tasks. Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools, including Prometheus, OpenSearch, ELK Stack, or similar solutions. Good understanding of PostgreSQL database administration and Kafka operations. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in complex production environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
