We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the deployment of cloud-based web systems, including video streaming, real-time communication, and AI integrations. Your focus will be on maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure while supporting development teams in their efforts. What You’ll Do Take an active part in all DevOps areas: Own Kela’s infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments, managing tools and services to ensure global up-time. Influence product architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge cloud tech, on-premise hardware solutions, and open-source tools to boost availability. Drive scalability: Plan the expansion of data capacity across distributed data centers and cloud regions. Own production excellence: Ensure smooth, high-standard execution and seamless integration between on-prem and cloud-native services. Automation Mindset: A drive to automate manual efforts using Python, Bash, or Go. Requirements 4+ years of experience in DevOps on high-scale distributed systems (Linux). Docker & Kubernetes: Mandatory hands-on experience with microservices. Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure as code practices. Strong background in multi-cloud plus on-premise infrastructure management. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex systems. CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) & Security-deep knowledge of build/release systems and DevSecOps (IAM, secret management, scanning). Experience in AI tools such as: Claude code, Cursor
