Enabling more sustainable decisions to be made from design to construction and then repurpose these materials during demolition. In our internal operations, we strive to be CO2 neutral. For example, the headquarters is virtually carbon-neutral and KUBUS offsets all CO2 emissions by planting new trees in cooperation with Trees For All, of which we are a forest partner.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THIS?

We are looking for a T-shaped professional in the field of IT and development with knowledge of, and experience in DevOps. You will likely have a technical education (e.g., computer science), and a few years of work experience in a similar role. This may be a step-up in your career growth, where you want to have more hands-on influence in platform architecture and cloud implementations. You will be presented with ambiguous problems each week, and you will need to have an investigative and collaborative approach and a growth mindset for solving the problems following current best practices. You have experience with cloud infrastructure providers (preferably Azure) and are familiar with system administration and shell scripting. Bonus if you have database administration experience.

THE ROLE OF DEVOPS ENGINEER

We are currently migrating our platform from on-premise data centers to Azure. We are looking for someone to help us on this journey. You will mainly be involved in developing services within the Azure platform, migrating services and databases, and building the Azure DevOps pipelines for our development teams. You will work within our current platform team and collaborate closely with 6 software engineering teams, consisting of around 45 developers in total.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Setting up, maintaining and building Azure Services
• Ensure smooth migrations from on-premise infrastructure to Azure hosted services
• Setting up and configuring Azure DevOps CD/CD Pipelines
• Advising and guiding development teams in using Azure services and assisting in the migration
• Advising and guiding management team in using and monitoring Azure
• Creating and documenting new and existing Azure functionality
