Key Contributions Primary Responsibilities Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and reliable deployments. Maintain stable, secure, and scalable application environments. Oversee infrastructure provisioning and configuration across dev, staging, and production. Operate and monitor containerized applications for availability and performance. Apply Infrastructure as Code to standardize environments and reduce manual work. Automate testing, security checks, monitoring, and logging to improve system reliability. Review and approve system changes and deployment requests for compliance. Additional Responsibilities Support architecture design, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Maintain documentation for deployments, incidents, and system architecture. Advise teams on DevOps best practices, security, and cost-efficient infrastructure usage. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve platform stability. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development or related fields. Must have: At least 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong exposure to CI/CD, cloud services, automation, and infrastructure management. Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications. Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible. Strong hands-on experience of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud security best practices. Familiar with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK. Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory. High competence in problem-solving, systems thinking, and cross-team collaboration.
