Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Cyber Recovery team. In this pivotal role, you will help drive the automation of infrastructure deployment, enforce configuration and security compliance, and streamline operations in a secure and resilient environment. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in DevOps engineering, with strong emphasis on automation and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Ansible for configuration management
  • Azure DevOps Pipelines and Azure Git
  • PowerShell and Bash
  • REST API integration
  • Packer and Cloud-init
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere or VMware VCF is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks in DevOps contexts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications in Ansible (e.g., EX374, EX467, RH294) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated infrastructure deployment using tools like Ansible, Packer, and Cloud-init.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating with Azure Git repositories.
  • Automate configuration management and enforce compliance standards across diverse environments.
  • Write and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for automation and orchestration tasks.
  • Integrate and consume REST APIs to automate infrastructure and services.
  • Collaborate with security and recovery teams to align infrastructure with cyber resilience best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployment workflows and system performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, configurations, and architectural decisions.
