EXPERIENCE (YEARS):

• Assess existing Windows Server 2016 infrastructure and application dependencies
• Design and implement a migration strategy to Windows Server 2022
• Migrate and validate .NET and React.js-based web applications
• Ensure compatibility and performance of Excel-based tools post-migration
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Perform rigorous testing, rollback planning, and post-migration support
• Document all procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
