DEVOPS ENGINEER - MOBILE NETWORKS (TEMPORARY)

Are you passionate about technology and eager to make an impact in the world of mobile telecommunications? We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our client, a big telecom company. You will be part of a dynamic Roaming & Fraud team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the operational excellence of their global mobile network, focusing on maintaining and optimizing roaming services, preventing fraud, and delivering seamless user experiences abroad. This is a temporary role from September 2025 until the end of December 2025.

REQUIREMENTS DEVOPS ENGINEER - MOBILE NETWORKS (TEMPORARY)

  • Extensive experience with mobile networks, specifically in roaming and fraud prevention technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Tekelec, Radcom, and Datamon for network monitoring.
  • In-depth understanding of telecommunications protocols such as SS7, Diameter, SIP, INAP or IP.
  • High level of proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess and solve complex technical problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, approximately every five to six weeks.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and service delivery.
  • Lead innovation initiatives involving the deployment of new technologies and enhancement of fraud detection mechanisms.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical environments, systems, infrastructures, and security protocols.
  • Manage complex incidents effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction under time constraints.
  • Optimize and manage the Roaming platform, including configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution.
