Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms across cloud (Azure AKS) and on-premises (Red Hat OpenShift) environments. This role focuses on building and maintaining secure, highly available, and scalable production systems supporting mission-critical workloads across multiple geographic regions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, automation-driven, and experienced in production Kubernetes operations, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD platforms, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and operate production Kubernetes clusters (Azure AKS and Red Hat OpenShift) Own the end-to-end platform lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and hardening Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Design and operate CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling Manage Kubernetes application deployments using Helm and Git-based workflows Ensure platform observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements Define and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and SLA-driven workflows Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams across regions Design, deploy, and operate production-grade databases within Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in at least two of the following technologies: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Prometheus Understanding of networking and Security Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer Proven experience operating Kubernetes in production Hands-on experience with Azure AKS and Red Hat OpenShift Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps patterns Experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployments Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK) Solid understanding of security fundamentals: RBAC, secrets management, TLS, IAM Strong troubleshooting and production support skills Experience supporting multi-region or regulated production environments Nice to Have Experience managing JFrog Artifactory Exposure to AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM) Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and vulnerability management Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, NERC-CIP) B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field - an advantage Why Join Us null
