We're looking for you, a meticulous and adaptable DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in configuration management tools, a strong understanding of DevOps practices. You excel at bridging gaps between development and distribution, ensuring smooth workflows, reliable deployments, and secure, scalable infrastructure. Your role will focus on driving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems. You will lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS infrastructure, and enforce configuration management practices to ensure secure, maintainable, and cost-effective operations. You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows, contribute to infrastructure decisions, and guide the technical direction of our platform. Some of your day-to-day tasks will automate deployment processes, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud infrastructure, monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support teams in adopting DevOps best practices, while ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, and reliable. Strong experience with Linux systems (processes, networking, filesystems and shell scripting for daily operations) Solid understanding of security practices such as encryption (at rest and in transit), zero-trust networking, vulnerability management, and compliance automation Strong experience with Kubernetes, including networking, storage, RBAC, and troubleshooting cluster issues Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, SST) and scripting in GitOps workflows, including designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that support quality, security, and efficient deliveryHands-on experience Experience in performance optimization, including identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and measuring results Experience working with multi-region or globally distributed systems at scale Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) Nice to Have Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Security Specialty Experience with DevSecOps practices and integrating security tools (SAST/DAST) into CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nuclei) Experience with advanced Git workflows and monorepo tooling (e.g., Turborepo, pnpm, Nx) Experience optimizing cloud costs (e.g., right-sizing, spot/reserved instances) Quality-driven, inspiring, and collaborative work environment. Compensation The salary range from this role is between €43,685 to €61,185 annual gross which includes meal, vacation, and Xmas allowance.
