Design, build, and maintain automated Git-based deployment pipelines for smooth and reliable software releases. Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across our environment using Rancher. Optimize network performance and security by managing our Cloudflare configurations, including web application firewalls and routing rules. Monitor system health, application performance, and database stability using tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Act as a technical escalation point to troubleshoot infrastructure issues, resolve downtime incidents, and draft post-mortem reports. Qualifications Components for success. You... Hold a BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles. Communicate comfortably in English at an intermediate level. Are proficient in configuring and managing Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, caching). Have extensive experience with Git deployments, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via GitLab. Possess deep knowledge of container orchestration using Rancher and Kubernetes. Take proactive ownership of complex infrastructure challenges and apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Remain calm, resilient, and focused under pressure, especially during incidents.
