ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead and inspire. You will act as a technical authority and take ownership in driving innovation and improvements within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain. This is a key role in shaping the future of secure access across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and configure the new Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) platform
• Provide technical leadership within the DevOps team
• Coach and support fellow team members
• Lead design discussions in collaboration with architects
• Ensure high-quality implementation and clear definition of done
• Participate in client meetings to identify integration needs
• Maintain and operate a critical authorization component in a cloud-native environment
