We are looking for a proactive engineer to strengthen our platform reliability, accelerate delivery pipelines, and drive cloud-native automation, including the integration of modern AI-driven workflows to streamline operational efficiency. Position Details Responsibilities - Cloud Infrastructure Management: Administer and optimize GCP infrastructure (Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub, Cloud Build). - Hybrid Networking: Manage network configurations, load balancers, and VPN/Interconnect connections between on-premise and GCP environments. - CI/CD & Deployment: Own the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins-as-a-Service) supporting Maven, Node.js, and Docker; implement automated deployment strategies (canary, blue-green). - Observability & Cost Management: Implement comprehensive monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EaaS) and proactively manage cloud resource utilization and cost optimization. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive automation through Terraform and Ansible to reduce manual operations. - Security & Compliance: Manage secrets (Vault/GCP Secret Manager) and ensure security best practices across the hybrid infrastructure. Development Environment - Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Private Cloud (Rakuten Cloud). - CI/CD: Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, Harbor, Artifactory. - AI/Automation: n8n, Python/LLM-based automation frameworks. - Infrastructure/IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker. - Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack. - Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack/Teams, Bitbucket, GitHub Enterprise. Mandatory Qualifications: - More than 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, VPC, Networking). - Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment orchestration. - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and scripting (Bash/Python). - Experience in managing production-grade Kubernetes/containerized environments. - TOEIC Score 800 above or possess equivalent qualifications. Desired Qualifications: - Experience building AI-powered automation or agentic workflows (e.g., n8n, automated ticketing/remediation). - Experience managing GCP Interconnect and complex hybrid network topologies. - Proven track record in cloud cost management and resource optimization. - Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, MariaDB, or Couchbase. - Experience with workflow schedulers (e.g., Azkaban). - Professional certification (Google Professional Cloud Architect/DevOps Engineer or similar).
