Description
DevOps Engineer Use your deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices to build, operate, and scale reliable production systems. You will own the infrastructure to enable engineering teams through strong platform foundations, automation, observability, and operational excellence. Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Operate and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms using tools such as Helm and Argo CD. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling to support fast, safe delivery. Implement and maintain observability solutions, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, and distributed tracing systems. Own production reliability by defining SLIs/SLOs, managing on-call workflows, and integrating alerting with tools like PagerDuty. Manage secrets and sensitive configuration using Vault and best-practice security patterns. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues across cloud, container, and CI/CD systems. Collaborate closely with software engineers to translate application needs into resilient platform solutions. Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams. Drive continuous improvement through automation, platform standardization, and contributions to DevOps and SRE best practices. We Are Looking For: 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps Experience in an SRE or platform engineering role is a nice to have Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures. Solid experience running production workloads on Kubernetes. Proven ownership of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Helm, etc.). Strong observability experience, including metrics, logging, alerting, telemetry, and distributed tracing. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform. Experience managing secrets and access using tools like Vault. Strong understanding of networking, cloud security fundamentals, and reliability engineering principles. Passion for automation, reliability, and enabling engineering teams to move faster and safer. Using business context to make decisions between cost, scalability, and efficiency. Ability to lead technical initiatives end-to-end and influence architecture across teams. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with distributed, cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms. Exposure to Spark or large-scale data processing systems. Familiarity with DataOps concepts and data platform operations.
