In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and scaling secure cloud infrastructure, leading the charge in intelligent automation systems, and mentoring future team members. Your collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership will be key to the success and growth of the company, ensuring robust deployment processes and reliable systems that align with customer needs. \n Accountabilities Architect and manage scalable systems on GCP or Azure using Terraform or Pulumi. Build and optimize automated deployment workflows with AI-enhanced risk prediction and recovery. Implement Git-based practices for secure, version-controlled infrastructure. Set up advanced observability, define SLOs/SLIs, and use AI tools for alerts and root-cause analysis. Automate vulnerability scans, secrets management, and support SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks. Improve backups, failover, scaling, and deploy AI tools to manage cloud spend. Ensure performance and reliability for SQL and NoSQL systems. Work cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and help shape a resilient, learning-focused culture. Requirements 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering (preferably in B2B SaaS). Strong experience with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD tools, and Linux scripting. Familiarity with AI-driven observability, cost optimization, and compliance automation. Proven ability to build internal platforms and empower engineering teams.
