Position Description: The DevOps Engineer within SRE focuses on enabling safe, fast, and repeatable software delivery across the Revive platform. This role builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and developer-facing tooling while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance standards are met for our production systems. Duties: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our systems Implement deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) Automate environment provisioning and configuration Lead the consolidation of all web platforms Perform proactive database maintenance and performance tuning Maintain build, artifact, and deployment tooling Enforce change management and approval workflows for high-risk systems Reduce deployment-related incidents and manual intervention Participate in incident response for release-related issues Partner with application teams to improve release reliability, support release and rollback procedures, and integrate security scanning and compliance checks into pipelines Participates in a limited on-call rotation focused on deployment failures, pipeline outages, and release-related incidents Requirements 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodeDeploy, etc.) Infrastructure as Code experience (CloudFormation, Terraform) Experience with Windows- and Linux-based systems Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting regulated or audited environments Healthcare or fintech platform experience
