REQUIREMENTS

• 6-7 years in DevOps working with AWS, with hands-on experience in UAT testing, production deployments, and system maintenance in financial services or trading.
• Strong working experience with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms, including setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficient in git workflows, with strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree or experience in large-scale fintech applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin.

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, as a DevOps Engineer, you will ensure the stability and performance of our financial trading systems, supporting end-to-end management of UAT testing, production implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You’ll streamline deployment processes, enhance system monitoring, and support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) in a secure environment. This role combines technical expertise in infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support to deliver high availability and scalability for our platforms.

• Infrastructure & CI/CD Pipeline Development
• Build and set up system infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployment processes on MT4 and MT5 platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistency across environments.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) to minimize manual intervention and adhere to security and compliance standards.
• UAT Testing & Production Support
• Lead the setup, configuration, and execution of UAT environments for MT4 and MT5, collaborating with QA and development teams.
• Manage production deployments on MT4 and MT5, ensuring smooth releases and monitoring post-deployment for stability and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization
• Set up alerts and monitor the health, performance, and security of production environments using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development and operations teams to address issues and continuously improve system performance.
• System Maintenance & Technical Support
• Deploy updates and fixes, provide Level 2 technical support, and develop scripts for system troubleshooting and automation.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, maintaining production environments for reliability and availability.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement
• Document processes, incident management, and best practices, focusing on MT4 and MT5-related operations.
• Review and improve DevOps workflows to enhance efficiency, security, and functionality, engaging in project management decisions to align with business objectives.
