Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, driving system reliability and scalability, and supporting the development team’s infrastructure needs. You’ll lead critical initiatives such as monitoring, logging, and incident response ensuring our systems remain highly available, efficient, and cost-effective. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines for regular deployments. Oversee monitoring and logging to ensure high availability and fast incident response. Lead scaling initiatives to handle traffic growth efficiently. Structure deployment as part of our Scrum cycle (every 2 weeks). Support the development team’s infrastructure and IT requirements. Drive improvements in system reliability while reducing cloud spend. Monitoring, logging, incident detection and remediation. Our Stack Cloud: Azure (Advantage) E-Commerce & CMS: WooCommerce, WordPress Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker (Advantage) Project Management: YouTrack Version Control / CI/CD: GitLab, GitHub, Git (Advantage) Languages: Python, NodeJS 3+ years in a DevOps or similar role. Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure. Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline management. Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and GitHub. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (your choice of stack). Problem-solver with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
