WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Reporting to the Head of DevOps, you will:
· Manage & monitor cloud-based systems and infrastructure, and databases
· Design automation, security, and redundancy strategies
· Optimise application and database performance alongside developers
· Write custom scripts to streamline operations
· Collaborate with vendors and the IT team

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

· Proven DevOps engineering experience in a team-based Agile environment
· Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible)
· Expertise in metrics-based monitoring, alerting, and automation
· Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN) & CI/CD pipelines
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
· Advanced troubleshooting in Linux environments
· AWS certification & cloud administration experience (Azure/GCP a bonus)
