Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps practices and drive adoption of automation across software delivery. Deploy, manage, and tune middleware components including RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, lead root cause analysis for production incidents, and implement preventive measures. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior DevOps engineers on best practices and tooling. Contribute to the planning and execution of infrastructure improvements and participate in architectural discussions. ABOUT YOU You are/have: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or systems engineering roles Strong experience with Kubernetes and Rancher for cluster management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, AWS DevOps), with the ability to design and maintain pipelines Good scripting skills (Bash and/or Python) for automation and operational tasks Hands-on experience with Git and modern version control workflows Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and/or Ansible) Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure) and managing cloud-based workloads Solid Linux/Unix administration skills, including experience managing on-premises infrastructure and hypervisors (e.g. VMware ESXi, Proxmox, XCP-ng) Working knowledge of middleware technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL Experience deploying applications built with modern stacks (e.g. .NET, Flutter, Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus) Understanding of DevSecOps principles and integration of security practices into CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Exposure to Helm Charts and Kubernetes-based application packaging Understanding of GitOps practices and version-controlled infrastructure Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Relevant certifications (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS) are a plus TOPPAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
