What You'll Bring: Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Independently manage tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Plan, validate, and execute release deployments with precision and reliability. Set up and manage observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Kibana for system and application monitoring. Develop and implement robust alerting mechanisms for applications, databases, and infrastructure components. Manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments, including upgrades, compatibility checks for Ingress, DNS, and network agents. Integrate Terraform Enterprise (TFE) for VM provisioning and load balancer configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity issues within defined SLAs; conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement. Participate in architecture discussions to ensure alignment with operational excellence and disaster recovery strategies. Share knowledge of new technologies and take ownership of technically challenging projects. Participate in a rotational 24x7 support model. Impact You'll Make: Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, deployment, and monitoring. Hands-on experience with DevOps and ITSM tools: Jenkins (CI/CD), Git, JSM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ELK, Kibana, MongoDB, Grafana, Prometheus. Proven experience managing multiple Kubernetes clusters in public/private cloud environments, including cluster upgrades and compatibility validation. Strong understanding of network architecture: routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, VPN. Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux, MySQL, SQL Server, and Windows OS with strong troubleshooting capabilities. Experience with document-based databases like MongoDB is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup using Harness and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD. Ability to develop automation scripts using Shell, Ansible, or Python. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
