Responsibility:
Build base images, libraries and building blocks that the platform provides to simplify and accelerate software delivery whilst applying best practices to design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of CI platform.
Experience/capability:
Strong hands-on experience working with Docker/containerisation
Demonstrated experience with Linux and Bash scripting
Demonstrated understanding of a mixture of build tools (Maven, Gradle, NPM, etc)
Experience with Kubernetes, public cloud services (AWS) and CICD tools
Coding ability Golang/Python
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Understanding of microservices.
Act as mentor to junior engineers.
Senior Software Engineer
Responsibility:
Responsible for architecture, design, development, testing and operations of platform APIs and microservices and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles.
Experience/capability:
Strong experience in Modern Java, Containers & Cloud Platforms
Experience in Microservices & APIs
Experience with Kubernetes, CICD and DevOps tools
Strong focus on code quality, automated testing and best practices
Experience with SQL Databases
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Act as mentor to junior engineers.
