Overview:
VTG is seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to serve as an integrator between business needs and technical solutions. Must be able to work creatively and efficiently to solve difficult technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• The Mid to Senior Level DevOps candidate will assist with development.
• Strong experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and resources specifically on Amazon’s EKS.
• Has ability to deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters as well as knowledge of how to monitor running assets in deployed Kubernetes clusters.
• Will work across multiple teams to integrate services to increase the client’s ability to triage and discover data.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Demonstrated 5+ yrs of DevOps experience

• Demonstrated 3+ years of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience
• Demonstrated 3+ years of Kubernetes experience
• Experienced in creating Kubernetes scripts
• Demonstrated 3+ years of Docker experience
• Demonstrated experience in supporting cloud agnostic environments
• Demonstrated experience in integrating automatic test tools into the CI/CD pipeline
• Demonstrated experience with Linux Operating Systems
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining complex functions and scripts in support of cloud services
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Proficient with Git
