In this role, you will be integral to developing and supporting cloud infrastructure, providing deployment support for projects, and implementing and troubleshooting CI/CD systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of supporting corporate infrastructure and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts. Note- This position is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the Madison, WI office.

• Support project and internal infrastructure to meet client requirements and staff needs.
• Support continuous integration and deployment.
• Investigate and resolve issues with project and internal infrastructure.
• Occasionally support DevOps Analysts to configure and monitor back-ups for on-site infrastructure.
• Respond to infrastructure issues during on-call rotations.
• Provide maintenance and support of networks and firewalls.
