Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, on-premises private cloud CI/CD, and experience with Microsoft stack tools. This role also requires hands-on knowledge in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and experience with Tanzu and/or Rancher. You will play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both cloud (Azure) and on-prem private cloud environments. Manage and optimize infrastructure using Microsoft stack tools. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers. Support and manage container orchestration with Tanzu and/or Rancher. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and proactive monitoring. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve workflows. Implement and enforce best practices in infrastructure, security, and automation. Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members. Qualifications Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of on-premises private cloud infrastructure and deployment practices. Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management. Experience working with Tanzu and/or Rancher. Familiarity with Microsoft stack tools (Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, etc.). Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
