Act as the incident owner; immediately assemble a troubleshooting team and report incidents following the defined process. Perform application fault troubleshooting based on public cloud platforms (Azure / Aliyun Cloud) and Java development frameworks. Deploy, release, and update new applications or services. Collaborate with global teams and participate in cross-country projects. Support cloud platform daily operations, capacity management, and continuous service improvement. Qualifications Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields. Familiar with Linux OS and have hands-on experience in Linux-based operations and maintenance. Strong fault-locating and troubleshooting capabilities; experience developing automation tools is a plus. Proficient in Shell or Python scripting / development languages. Familiar with web environments such as Nginx, Apache. Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiar with virtualization technologies and public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Aliyun Cloud). Understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with related tools. Strong self-learning ability and passion for new Internet technologies. Experience providing 7×24 on-call production support. Familiar with ITIL processes and knowledge framework. Good English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking; able to work with global teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments. Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving attitude. Advanced Requirements: Hands-on experience in public cloud platform operations (Azure / Alibaba Cloud preferred). Familiar with DevOps-related open-source tools such as Prometheus, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Git, etc. 2–3 years of development experience in Java or Python; proficient in Spring Boot is preferred. Experience with MongoDB / Redis / MySQL; DB performance tuning or data analysis experience is a plus. Experience in technical support, networking, system operations, or database operations is preferred. Understanding of cloud security frameworks (e.g., IAM, security groups, CSPM, encryption, compliance) Practical experience in cloud monitoring, cost-optimization, cloud resource governance, and cloud automation is highly preferred.
