About the role Our practice is seeking a highly qualified DevOps Full Stack Technical Lead with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our developers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong, so we can fix it, so we can improve on it. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers. Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Work Authorization: **Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future** Key Responsibilities: Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills Experience working in Agile methodology environment Technologies - Azure DevOps,DevOps Highly motivated to learn new technologies Highly experienced in troubleshooting issues, recommend interim and long-term solutions Experience with Production Support Required Qualifications: Must have worked on deployment using CI/CD pipelines. Design build and maintain deployments. Monitor system logs, health,performance. Ensure that DevOps processes and infrastructure adhere to security policies and compliance standards, including risk assessment and vulnerability management. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 6, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
