Location Israel (Hybrid / Flexible) About DriveNets DriveNets is a leader in high-scale disaggregated networking solutions, transforming how service providers, cloud providers, and hyperscalers build and operate networks. Powering the largest networks in the world, more than half of AT&T’s backbone traffic runs on DriveNets’ Network Cloud architecture. DriveNets is launching a new and exciting Cybersecurity business unit, focused on delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions for Tier-1 Service Providers. The unit leverages DriveNets’ proven scale, performance, and cloud-native foundations to build security platforms designed for the most demanding network environments. Role Overview We are looking for a DevOps Lead to take technical ownership of the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational platforms powering DriveNets’ Cybersecurity products. This is a hands-on senior role with significant architectural responsibility. You will work closely with software engineers, security researchers, and product teams to enable fast, reliable, and secure delivery of large-scale, cloud-native cybersecurity solutions. Management experience is a plus, but technical leadership and ownership are the primary focus. Key Responsibilities · Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Lead the architecture and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and release automation. · Own Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. · Embed DevSecOps principles into development and deployment workflows. · Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production environments. · Drive observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting across distributed systems. · Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. · Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with product and security requirements. · Mentor engineers and help define DevOps best practices, standards, and tooling. Requirements Required · 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar roles. · Strong experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). · Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and automation pipelines. · Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). · Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.). · Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Go, Bash). · Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals and DevSecOps practices. · Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership. Advantage · Previous management or team-lead experience. · Experience building or operating cybersecurity or security-sensitive systems. · Experience with large-scale, distributed, or high-throughput systems. · Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001). Why Join DriveNets Cybersecurity · Be a core contributor in a brand-new business unit from its early stages. · Work on mission-critical cybersecurity platforms at massive scale. · Influence architecture, tooling, and engineering culture. · Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
